  1. The Government of Kosovo has received financing from the European Union Instrument for pre-accession II to the Republic of Kosovo for an Improvement and Rehabilitation of Irrigation Systems Project (IRIS). and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for \u201cSupply with PICK UP for Radoniqi \u2013 Dukagjini Irrigation Scheme<\/strong>\u201d. \u201cFor this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank\u2019s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit.\u201d<\/li>\n
  2. The Regional Irrigation Company \u201cRadoniqi \u2013 Dukagjini\u201d through Project Implementation Unit (PIU) of IRIS project now invites sealed Bids from eligible national Bidders for \u201cSupply with PICK UP for Radoniqi \u2013 Dukagjini Irrigation Scheme<\/strong>\u201d.<\/li>\n
  3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank\u2019s \u201cProcurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers\u201d Fifth Edition, September 2023 (\u201cProcurement Regulations\u201d), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.   4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from PIU, Ms. Valentina Duka, Procurement Specialist, email vduka.iris@gmail.com<\/a> and inspect the bidding document during office hours and <\/em>inspect the bidding document during office hours 09.00 to 16.00 hours at the address given below.<\/li>\n
  5. The bidding document in English may be obtained by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and are free of charge. The document will be sent by email.<\/li>\n
  6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before March 28, 2025<\/strong>.<\/em> Electronic Bidding will NOT be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders\u2019 designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below March 28, 2025 at 14:00hrs.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security issued by Bank or Insurance Companies:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The bid security of the tender should be submitted in the sum of 1,700.00 Euro.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Validity for the security of tender is 150 days<\/strong> from the date of the bid opening.<\/p>\n

    1. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder\u2019s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.<\/li>\n
