3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Fifth Edition, September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

Rehabilitimi i stacioneve të pompave në Qerim dhe Janosh, së bashku me bazenet respektive, përfaqëson një projekt kyç për përmirësimin e furnizimit me ujë për nevojat bujqësore në këtë rajon. Ky proces përfshin modernizimin e pajisjeve dhe infrastrukturës ekzistuese, duke garantuar një funksionim më efikas dhe të besueshëm të sistemit të pompimit. Përmes këtij rehabilitimi, sigurohet një shpërndarje më e qëndrueshme e ujit në bazë të kërkesave të përdoruesve, duke ulur humbjet dhe duke rritur kapacitetin për përballimin e kushteve të ndryshme klimatike. Këto përmirësime jo vetëm që ndihmojnë në rritjen e rendimentit bujqësor, por gjithashtu kontribuojnë në zhvillimin afatgjatë të sektorit të bujqësisë dhe forcimin e mirëqenies së komuniteteve lokale.

Rehabilitimi i rrjetit dhe instalimeve elektrike për dy stacionet e pompave, së bashku me automatizimin e të gjitha strukturave në kanalin kryesor, duke përfshirë sistemin SCADA, përfaqëson një hap thelbësor drejt modernizimit të infrastrukturës së ujitjes. Përmes këtyre përmirësimeve, sigurohet një furnizim më i qëndrueshëm dhe efikas i ujit, reduktohen kostot operacionale dhe rritet siguria në funksionimin e sistemit. Mekanizimi për operim dhe mirëmbajtje në NjP Dukagjini është një komponent kyç për sigurimin e funksionimit të qëndrueshëm dhe efikas të sistemeve të ujitjes dhe infrastrukturës përkatëse. Ky mekanizëm përfshin një plan të detajuar për menaxhimin e operacioneve të përditshme, si dhe për mirëmbajtjen e rregullt të sistemeve të ujitjes dhe strukturave të tjera, duke siguruar që ato të funksionojnë pa ndërprerje dhe në përputhje me standardet e kërkuara. Pjesë e këtij mekanizmi është trajnimi i stafit për përdorimin dhe mirëmbajtjen e pajisjeve, krijimi i një sistemi monitorimi dhe raportimi, si dhe sigurimi i fondeve dhe burimeve të nevojshme për realizimin e aktiviteteve të parashikuara. Projekti në fjalë është i financuar nga një grant i Bashkimit Evropian, administrohet nga Banka Botërore dhe zbatohet përmes Ministrisë së Bujqësisë, Pylltarisë dhe Zhvillimit Rural të Republikës së Kosovës.
