Workshop on strengthening cooperation between IRIS stakeholders

Representatives from the IRIS PIU team, MAFRD, and RIC Radoniqi recently participated in a workshop aimed at enhancing coordination and alignment across all aspects of the irrigation rehabilitation project. This meeting focused on several key areas, including the assessment of achievements, challenges, and lessons learned from the first year of project implementation.

Discussions also centered on strengthening the collaboration and optimizing the overall effectiveness of the project. Key topics such as technical implementation, resource management, finance, procurement, and environmental considerations were thoroughly reviewed to ensure smooth execution in the coming phases.

 

The meeting provided an opportunity for stakeholders to address challenges, discuss progress, and ensure that all parties are aligned in their roles and objectives. This collaborative effort focuses on ensuring the smooth execution of the project and the achievement of its overall goals.

The meeting emphasized the importance of continued cooperation, teamwork, and communication between all involved parties to ensure the project’s success and long-term benefits for the Dukagjini region.
